This evening, my friend Analyn Smith and her three children, Eamon, Hattie, and Noal, came to dinner. Her husband, Andrew, is out of state training for a new job, so Analyn has been doing the single parent thing for several months. We had a wild good time with them here. Blythe took Hattie up to her room where they played with Legos and Blythe gave her sparkly braclets. Brandt and the boys ran around with guns and he flew his drone around for them. They literally ran through the house while the three adults sat at the table and talked. It was really rather lovely being together.
