Foods Assignment

Brandt has a foods class this semester.  He is really liking it.  He regularly tells me how to properly hold a knife, how to measure liquids versus dry ingredients, and what tasty things we should be making.  Each term he must make something he's never made before, using a recipe he is unfamiliar with.  Today he made dinner.  He made french dip sandwiches in the crock pot, and then assembled them for us when they were done.  He did a fine job following the recipe, and the sandwiches were delicious.  I'm glad he is enjoying his class so much.
