Even More Canning

I have been beavering away.
In the last five days, I have canned eight different sauces/jellies.
red pepper jelly, green pepper jelly, pasta sauce
watermelon jelly, traditional salsa, tomatillo salsa
peach salsa, carrot salsa
I wanted to try some new things, so apart from the pasta sauce and the traditional salsa, I hadn't canned the others before.
Aren't they pretty?
They taste good too!
