Tuesday and Thursday mornings I normally walk with Janie Rasmussen. It didn't work out today, but I still wanted some exercise, so I called Mikayla and asked if I could take Brick for a walk. He's always up for an outing. He rode in the stroller as we walked around the temple and into Indian Hills. He talked to me and pointed out things that caught his interest, listened as I talked and sang with me. He is such good company.
We ended up at the Drake's house because I was getting together with some neighbors to practice a song we're performing in church, and Brick saw their nativity in the front yard. "A house!" he said, and then went right in. He thought it was pretty cool.
