Our Miss B has begun sporting a new look. That's right, Blythe got glasses. In September, the PTA did vision screening, and I went in to help. Brandt and Blythe came to my station, and both of them failed their exams. Blythe covered one eye and did fine, but when she covered the other, she said, "I can't see anything out of this eye." I made an appointment with the eye doctor, and we discovered that she has amblyopia. So glasses for her. You can't see in the picture, but the pair she chose has a fuchsia patterned animal print down the sides. So stylish. Blythe was a bit worried that people would make fun of her now that she has to wear glasses, but she has only heard compliments. She looks just darling; the glasses suit her.
