This evening, after Kent finished watching the news, Brandt sat down and began regaling him with all sorts of interesting information. Brandt told him all about Marvel stuff, and Legos, and the book he finished reading, and something he was watching on TV. He just kept talking. I loved it! He's a teenager, but he's talking to his dad! I hope there will be many, many more times when I see our lad talking to his dad, just like this. I hope he'll talk to me, too.
