Block Party Quatro

Mike and McKenzie Drake hosted Block Party Quatro this evening.  The neighborhood block party is the ultimate way to kick off the summer.  They block off the street and neighbors gather to talk, eat, and play, play, play.  This yer the Drakes rented a dunk tank, plus we always have coaster car races, water balloon fights, rope pull, jump rope, and an outdoor movie to finish it all off.  The kids eat junk and get sick, but they have so much fun running around with friends, they don't notice.  Everyone is up super late, but how can you pull yourself away when everyone is still around at 10:30 talking and watching?  That is about the time the party finally broke up and everyone went home.  It really is such a fun evening, and we love going and spending time with the good people we live near.  Our neighborhood is seriously the best.
