Camouflage

Blythe loves to draw.  She always wants her pens or pencils.  I have trained her pretty well to ask for a piece of paper if she wants to be artistic, and for the most part, she will ask.  Sometimes, however, she seems unable to control her artistic impulses.  Brandt too.  This is one of the reasons that Brandt's fine motor skills are not what they should be going into kindergarten.  Here is an example of art gone awry.

A Blythe drawing.
Rather good for a just three-year-old.
She is hiding--with good reason.

See why?

Brandt too.
It got worse.
Kent thought it was pretty funny and let them go at it.
The wouldn't let me take a picture of the final decoration.
It is a wonder I was able to see them at all.
