Blythe's Eternal Day

Today is Blythe's eternal day, the day she was sealed to us.  It was a happy, happy day and we are certainly delighted she is part of our family.  Blythe is always up for a party, and a party celebrating her is even better.  She had big plans about how we should mark this day involving people coming over and presents and raucous music.  I told her the celebration of her eternal day is an immediate family affair, so all those plans were not going to be realized.  Disappointed, she asked if we could at least have cake.  That we could do, so we made cake and ate it, too.  It was sweet, just like our Blythe.

Blythe wanted teal frosting on the cake, but in this picture, it looks very green.  She also wanted sprinkles, but Brandt was in the anti-sprinkle camp today, so she only put on a few.
