Jam Making

I wanted to buy corn on the cob for dinner yesterday and stopped by Harward Farms on my way to the grocery store. They had beautiful looking raspberries at only $3 a cup or $36 for a flat. I decided to make freezer jam. Brandt volunteered to help me, so while I mixed sugar and pectin, he mashed berries. The whole process made a bit of a mess, but it was a delicious mess and didn't take longer than about half an hour and will be yummy for months to come. Unless we eat all the jam (15 pints) within a couple of weeks which may happen because it is so delicious!

Brandt found these sunglasses on the street.
They would better fit Freya or Thea.
