Brandt’s hair has been magnificent. Not as magnificent as Jace’s hair, but it has been long and lush. Too long really. He has needed a haircut, and while I have offered (nearly begged) to take him to have it cut, he said he only wanted Mikayla to do it. I have encouraged him to walk across the park and have her help him out, but she’s been working and he’s been working and unwilling until today. He sent me a picture of his before and after picture, as well as the pile of cut-off hair. He looks better. Always handsome, but less shaggy.
On a funny note, Guy saw the pile of cut-off hair in the garbage can in the bathroom and thought Mikayla has “rage cut” her hair. Of all the members of the family, Brandt’s hair is closest in color to Mikayla’s and his pile looked like hers.
