Brenda is in town and wanted to hike to the Y. She asked if I thought Brandt and Blythe would like to join her, and I was fairly confident they would. When I asked, they were both very enthusiastic about the prospect and were even willing to get up early to go. Brenda came to collect them at 7:00 this morning, and they went hiking. All reported they had a great time, talking as they climbed. Brenda sent me this picture of them at the top. I'm grateful for other adults who love our kids and show genuine interest in what they are doing.
