Because of Brandt's DJing at Timpview, he was approached by the mother of a student who plays basketball and asked if he ever DJed for other things and if he would be willing to do music for her daughter's birthday.

Tonight, Brandt went to the Provo Rec Center and did all the music for the birthday party. He was nervous about doing a good job, meeting expectations, getting it all right. In the end, he did a fantastic job. The birthday girl and her mother were pleased with the outcome. And he even got paid!
