Tysen and Ava invited all of the big girls in the family to come for a "Favorite Things" lunch today at their house. We were each to pick a favorite thing and then bring seven of that thing to share with everyone else. Isabella and I had a fun time shopping and preparing, and everyone had a lovely time being together. We talked and laughed, and then shared our favorite things. Below are the things that everyone brought, but no picture. Although Mikayla is usually really good at saying "Let's take a picture!" it didn't happen today.
Isabella's favorite things: Heath Bars and EOS lip balm
Katherine's favorite things: cute zipper bags to put in your purse or bag with toothbrush and toothpaste, plus chips and queso for each family.
Mikayla's favorite things: blood orange soda and socks
Ava's favorite things: gum, hair clips and bed socks which Isabella and I used that very night.
Tysen's favorite things: mints and foot mask and chapstick
Sharae's favorite thing: necklaces from Ireland. She said her very most favorite thing is traveling, and it would great if we all went somewhere together. I agree. But as we couldn't really go anywhere at the moment, she gave us each a necklace she got when traveling in Ireland.
Makenna's favorite things: leopard scrunchie, hot chocolate mix, and chocolates
Mom's favorite things: a puzzle for each family and a gift certificate for pedicures. Both of these could have been my favorite things too!
