Air Play

Performances have begun again at BYU and we couldn't be happier. This evening we went to a wonderful production called Air Play. It was terrific! It was created by a husband/wife team of circus performers Seth Bloom and Christina Gelsone. They transform ordinary objects into beautiful art pieces, experimenting with air and the way it moves. They flew large pieces of sheer fabric, umbrellas, balloons, bits of glitter. It was really amazing. The actors didn't say anything, just used their facial expressions to convey joy and sadness and fear and hope and genuine pleasure. We all loved it! It was a fantastic first show after many many months away.

All these pictures are pilfered from the internet or the program.
