Number 1! Number 1! Number Number Number 1!

I'm certain I have mentioned it before. It's not news around here. Blythe is a writer--now and forever. She's going to write her whole life, and I imagine she's going to do really well at it. In May, at the suggestion of her teacher, she joined an online writing "club" or platform, called WattPad. She can write stories, post them, and allow others to read them. Readers vote on the best story in a category, and can comment on what you've written.

Blythe has written more than one fanfic piece about an animated series she watched, and this week, she got to over 1,000 views and was voted #1 in her category. NUMBER 1!! Over 1K views!

I would post the whole story here, but it's a serial novel, now at nine parts and growing, and I don't have space. However, I will include Part 1 "The Code," just to tantalize you, as well as the link to the story. It's an exciting pirate story, with swashbuckling and romance, mystery and intrigue. Read it! "Do we follow the code?"

"Why not?

"No. Now go to sleep."

"I'm not tired."

"I don't give suggestions. I give directions." Amaya sent a withering look at Callum. "Get your butt to bed." Callum nodded and trudged under the ship to his sleeping corders. He was about to drift into sleep when he heard a clatter outside. He bolted up now wide awake but when he didn't hear anything else he layed back down in his hammock and closed his eyes.
