Today Blythe learned five new things about fish. She tells me she went on a bush to someplace where someone who studies fish told them all about it. I'm not sure she is telling the truth about the bus part, but she certainly did learn new things. Here they are in her own words.
1. If you feed the fish too much it will die.
2. If you put the fish outside, in the attic, or inside a shed, they will suffocate and die.
3. If you put fish in a pool, they will die because they have bad chemicals that will make the fish not be able to breath and die.
4. Fish don't ever blink.
5. Fish swim around looking for interesting things, exploring new things.
Brandt adds:
6. If you put a fish outside, a cat might come along and eat it.
So, continues Blythe, some fishes have teeth and some don't.
