A Welcome Home

I received a very warm welcome after being gone this weekend.  I was greeted by the children and Kent and not one but two surprises.  I got a beautiful yellow mum and a chocolate cake as treats to celebrate my return!  How fantastic is that?!  Both the mum and the cake were Blythe's ideas, but Kent made both happen, buying the mum and helping Blythe make cake.  She told him where the flour and oil were, and gave instructions on how to top the cake with chocolate chips.  While I was happy to have a short break from my regular life, I was happy to return to my favorite people--big and small.
