Today at Timpview, there was a Veteran's Day assembly. Brandt and three other Explorers were asked by Officer Bastian to come in uniform and participate. There wasn't much they did to participate, just stood at attention in the corners of the gym as people walked in. But though he didn't do much, he looked official and added a certain gravitas to the meeting. A bunch of girls that were sitting by him flirted a bit and asked to take a picture with him. Women love a man in uniform.
