We met George and Merlynn and the Brinkerhoffs, as well as David and a couple of his kids. Brandt and Blythe love to be with their cousins and the Brinkerhoffs are especially good to them.

At Murray City Cemetery, Brandt discovered this great headstone with a B on it.
He climbed right up, and so Blythe wanted to be up with him too.
Here are our Bs by a B.
I hope "Ev" and "Dee" don't mind.
Annie, Grandma Merlynn, Tess, Tad holding Lydia, Charlie, Michelle, Jace, Katherine holding Blythe, Kent, and Brandt standing nearby, refusing to be with the group but in the picture anyway.
We went to hear our nephew Matthew speak following his return from his mission. He served in France, Toulouse, and he and I chatted in French as we had lunch. As Blythe did not get a nap and neither of the children ate, I took them home while Kent ventured to Tooele to decorate the graves of his other grandparents, Merlynn's parents. They visited with Merlynn's siblings too, and left flowers at the grave of Kent's cousin John who died early in May.
Kent, George, Merylnn--aunts, uncles, cousins--the Brinkerhoffs.
I should know all these people, and I suspect I do.
Sort of.

All in all we had a lovely weekend visiting cemeteries and honoring our loved ones.
