I was looking at Blythe's schoolwork today. She had to do a "getting to know you" survey and one of the questions was "Who do you consider your hero?"
Her answer: "My aunt Mikayla <3 shes had a really tough life, and it never seems to get better, but she always finds the joy and can smile and laugh her way through anything."
I sent this on to Mikayla with my comment, "You are seen. And clearly, we should switch daughters. You're my hero too!"
