For Christmas, Bryan gave me a sous vide cooker, told me how to use it, and made several menu suggestions. He told me how great it would be for me, a working woman, and I believed him. Today, I gave the contraption its first try, and I must say, I was pleased with the results. I used the sous vide to make Korean marinated beef which I used to make Korean tacos. How's that for fusion cuisine? The meat cooked while I was at work, grilled up quickly, and was delicious. I may be sold on the whole process.
