Night Questions

After bedtime stories, when the lights are out and things are quiet, the children sometimes ask very deep questions.  These often surprise me and bring me out of the pre-sleep coma I frequently fall into as I lie next to the kids.  Here are some examples.

Brandt: "Mom, will we know when Jesus comes again?"

Blythe: "Dad, do you ever wonder what other people really think about you?"

Blythe: How did all this start?
Mom: How did what all start?
Blythe: The earth, our world, all these people?
